Golden Star (Norwich) ltd consider the use of CCTV a necessary tool to improve the safety of our customers and staff inside our premises and external areas. We have installed CCTV under the requirements of the licensing act 2003.

How long do we keep your data?

Routine images captured by CCTV will not be kept longer than 31 days. However on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where an incident is being investigated, where it is a condition of a licence and or where we have been asked to or are required to preserve images in connection with anticipated legal proceedings.

Who do we share your information with?

We will disclose CCTV images only to government organisations when required to do so by law or when supporting police with their enquiries.

Golden Star (Norwich) ltd will not disclose your data to any third parties unless required to do so by law.

When someone visits www.goldenstarnorwich we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and we do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find the identities of those visiting our website.
